For one of our clients, based in Geneva, we are looking for a :

Business System Analyst and Project Manager

Role description :

Responsible for Project Requirements gathering

Coordinate the Project Managers to insure delivery

Benifits Delivery

Prepare business requirements and organize the project team that will deliver the solution

Profile:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Knowledge of current capabilities of IT in banking industry in terms of IT performance, throughput, etc. ...

3 years experience in Project Management

Cost management and process improvements

Minimum 3 years direct customer service experience

Knowledge of industry best practice of Service Delivery (ITIL)

Minimum of 3 years in banking industry, particularly financial management

1 year knowledge of Performance attribution tools

Negociation skills, superior oral and written communication skills

Financial acumen, customer focus

The following would be a plus :

Knowledgeable of B-ONE system and technology

5 years direct customer service experience

5 years experience in banking industry, particularly financial management
