Windows Systems Administrator (F/H)
Mission:
The Systems Administrator's role is to ensure the stability, integrity and efficient operation of IS systems and servers that support core organizational functions. This is achieved by maintaining, supporting, monitoring and optimizing the servers that run the business's applications.
Profile
- Excellent English (written and spoken) essential
- Strong technical knowledge in Exchange 2003/2010, VMWARE vSphere environment and SharePoint 2007 and preferably including Windows 2003/2008, SQL 2008
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory Services (ADS)
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to present technical ideas and solutions in user and business friendly language
- Able to demonstratea highly service-oriented personality and excellent customer-facing skills
- Able to deal with pressure and meet the deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly service oriented with excellent customer-facing skills
- Ability to work in a team, with little supervision and using own initiative
- Have a flexible approach; and accept to work occasionally extended hours
